I have been a general contractor for 30 years and the product is well priced and I think Kutir is thinking about producing a great tape measure, I provide a positive 5 star review but have a couple of suggestions: I do like the two sided measuring read and

The rubber case is nice, and the lock is a little stiff, but I expect it to loosen up with use.

The tape measure is sturdy, very readable, and locks securely, and I really like the magnets that hold tightly to the metal machine frame I am often measuring from.

I already have 3 of them, so I returned the old model, but the company let me know that they had sent the new model.

I have used it for about a year now and have had no issues with it. I can't speak to its daily use on the job.
